Kim Francese is the Operations Associate at Fortitude Financial Planning, where she supports the team by managing internal operations, assisting with tax preparation, and helping deliver a seamless client experience. With more than 17 years in the financial services industry, Kim brings deep expertise in tax, accounting, and client service to her role.

Before joining Fortitude, Kim spent 17 years at The Financial Advisory Corporation, where she worked closely with Paul Shrum on tax return preparation and firm accounting. She then continued her career at C.B. Bond Financial Planning, expanding her responsibilities to include financial paraplanner support in addition to her work in tax and operations.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her local community.
